Vanilla Extract or Essence

Melted Chocolate
Crushed Chocolate

Instructions
The Crust
Blend or Crush the Q-Snaps. I crushed it roughly.
Stir in the ghee.
Transfer the mixture into a circular pan and bind together with spoon or spatula.
The Filling
Beat or whisk the cream cheese and stir in the vanilla extract or essence.
Pour the mixture on top of the crust
Toppings
Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the cheesecake
Sprinkle the crushed chocolate towards the edge
Arrange Q-Snaps around the edge of the cheesecake.
Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
Cut into desired shape and enjoy!
