Vegan and Gluten Free Spicy Chocolate Balls

The Yummiest Peanut Chocolate Balls Ever (Vegan and Gluten Free)

Ingredients

115 grams vegan butter

140 grams Q-Snaps

40 grams Q-Snaps 

100 grams sweetener of choice (I used monk fruit sweetener)

4 grams vanilla extract

30 grams cocoa powder

 

Instructions

Place the vegan butter and sugar in a bowl.

Beat with a spoon or mixer until smooth.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Stir in the cocoa powder and the chocolate and peanut Q-Snaps.

Roll into 1 or 2.5 cm inch balls.

Top off with crushed Q-Snaps or roll into the Q-Snaps.

Chill for 7 hours or overnight.
