Orders ship via USPS or FedEx and will take 3 - 8 business days to arrive to you. 

The Chocoleti Factory offers same day deliveries to locations in New York City and Northern New Jersey.

Returns

A refund will be issued for items that are defective. Please note that The Chocoleti Factory team has the final discretion as to whether or not the items are defective. If the customer opts for a refund, the refund will be made using the same credit / debit card as the original purchase.

Refunds or credits will not be issued for items with minor cosmetic blemishes that happen during shipping, such as dented shipping box corners or scuffed labels.

The Chocoleti Factory team has a no-return policy on non-defective merchandise.
